A: In most cases, you will not need more than 50 MB of disk space. In the event that you do, disk space is available at an extra $2 per month per 10 MB.

A: Yes. All online credit card transactions are taken care of by PayPal^®. PayPal uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology to keep your information safe.

Q: What is PayPal? 
A: PayPal is an account-based system that allows Rimkus Web Solutions to receive online payments from customers using their credit card or bank account.

Q: Are symbols or spaces allowed in a domain name? 
A: The only characters allowed in a domain name are letters, numbers, and hyphens (-). All other symbols or spaces are not allowed.

Q: I already have a domain name. Can I still host my web site with you? 
A: Yes. Just contact us, and we can discuss what type of web site and hosting plan you need.

Q: Will there be any banner ads or pop-up ads on my site? 
A: No. You own your own site, and there will be no banner ads or pop up windows unless you choose to put them there.

Q: What is web based email? 
A: With web based email, you can check your email from any computer in the world that is connected to the internet. You type in a URL, then enter your username and password. Your email system will operate much in the same manner as Hotmail^® and Yahoo!^® email does.
